Therapy that starts with connection and grows with your child.

Empowering children and families through evidence-based, relationship-driven therapy , in whatever environment they need it most.

Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane based, child and adolescent therapy that meets your child where they’re at, whether that be in the water, in your home, or in your local community. At H2OT Allied Health, we deliver therapy that’s creative, collaborative, and connection-driven.

Our team supports children and families through a blend of aquatic and land-based therapy, always led by relationships and grounded in evidence-based practice. Therapy is playful, purposeful, and deeply personal, because when children feel safe and seen that is when the real magic happens.

Who we support

We believe every child deserves to feel confident, capable, and connected.

At H2OT Allied Health, we support children and adolescents who benefit from a creative, flexible, and family-centred approach to therapy. We work alongside young people living with:

  • Neurodivergent identities, including Autism, ADHD, PDA, and sensory processing differences

  • Physical disabilities such as Cerebral Palsy, hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and Muscular Dystrophy

  • Developmental delays and global developmental concerns

  • Genetic conditions and complex medical needs

  • Emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges

Whether your child is learning to navigate everyday routines, regulate big emotions, build independence, or connect with others, we’re here. Therapy can take place where your child feels safest and most empowered whether that is in the water, at your home or out in the community.

We use the power of play to build skills, confidence, and connection in ways that truly matter to each child. Our sessions are fun and engaging whilst being purposeful, evidence-based, and tailored to your child’s unique strengths and needs.
