We are located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, in Queensland. We are a child and adolescent service that meets your child where they’re at; whether that be in the water, in your home or in your local community. At H2OT Allied Health, we deliver therapy that’s creative, collaborative and connection-driven.
Our team supports children and families through a blend of aquatic and land-based therapy, always led by relationships and grounded in evidence-based practice. Therapy is playful, purposeful and deeply personal, because when children feel safe, seen and heard, that is when the real magic happens.

At H2OT Allied Health, we support children and adolescents who benefit from a creative, flexible and family-centred approach to therapy. We work alongside young people living with:
Neurodivergent identities, including Autism, ADHD, PDA and sensory processing differences
Physical disabilities such as Cerebral Palsy, hyper mobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Muscular Dystrophy

Whether your child is learning to navigate everyday routines, build independence or connect with themselves and others, we’re here to help. Therapy can take place where your child feels safest and most empowered, whether that is in the water, at your home or out in the community. We adapt to enable success for your child.
We use the power of play to build skills, confidence and connection in ways that truly matter to each child. Our sessions are fun and engaging whilst still being purposeful, evidence-based and tailored to your child’s unique strengths and needs.
