Funding & Fee Schedule
At H2OT Allied Health, we aim to make accessing therapy as simple and stress-free as possible. We offer a range of funding options to support your family’s needs.
NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)
We support self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. While we are not a registered NDIS provider, we can only provide Occupational Therapy services to NDIS participants using these funding types.
We follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits for all services and review our fees annually in line with NDIS updates.

Medicare Rebates
You may be able to access Medicare rebates for Occupational Therapy through the following plans from your GP:
GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP)
Previously known as Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan and/or Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan, this allows for up to 5 rebated sessions per calendar year.
Private Health Insurance
Many private health insurance policies offer rebates for Occupational Therapy.
Please contact your health fund directly to check your level of cover and what rebates may apply.

H2OT Allied Health are not currently a registered NDIS Provider. This means we can only support children who are self managed and plan managed through the NDIS. However as we are not registered, NDIA managed participants will not be able to work with our team. If this is you please get in touch as there are a few amazing clinics who are registered and can support your child.

This is dependent on your level of cover. It is recommended that you contact your health fund prior to scheduling sessions and confirming what your rebate will be. The health care rebate codes are below:
OT Consult: 100 (Assessment)
OT Treatment (individual): 200
OT Treatment (group): 300

Depending on your child's developmental needs your GP or Paediatrician may be able to support you with which funding avenue will be best for your child. Please refer to our Schedule of Fees for further information relating to funding.
