Our Story
H2OT Allied Health was born from a deep belief that therapy should feel personal, purposeful, and full of possibility.
Before Sam was an Occupational Therapist, she spent much of my life in the water, swimming competitively, playing water polo, and teaching children to swim. It was during these early years that Sam discovered her passion for working with children, especially those who didn’t always fit the typical developmental mould.
Sam’s career has taken her all across Australia and the UK, through paediatric and adult roles in hospitals, homes, and communities. Sam’s dream to combine OT and the water never left, it was always the plan.
In July 2022, she turned that vision into a reality. What started as a solo venture has now grown into a vibrant, values-driven team, supporting children and families across the Sunshine Coast and North Brisbane.
At H2OT, we do things differently. We meet children where they feel most confident, whether that’s floating in a pool, playing at the park, or curled up on the couch at home. We believe in therapy that celebrates strengths, honours each child’s uniqueness and brings joy to the journey.
